This is an interactive version of the gene-disease interaction network published in Kwang-Il Goh, Michael E. Cusick, David Valle, Barton Childs, Marc Vidal, and Albert-László Barabási , PNAS 2007;104;8685-8690 To use the network, you need to download and install the free & open-source Cytoscape network visualization software (version 2.6) from Cytoscape.org, then "import" this file. I followed the same procedure as in the above paper, but this network is up to date as of 17 April 2008. Note that I did NOT group disease subtypes (i.e. each disease is shown individually). Arrows point from genes to diseases. Disease names are as in the OMIM morbiMap. .
